  3. Where that paper really shines is with a nice pen, like a fountain pen. The finish is smooth so the nib just glides, and it's thick enough to not bleed through. I have some letters from LFP handwritten on the stuff, and it makes me anxious to go pick some up.

    Yes, it's a little spendy, but compare it to a pack of nice stationery! For typing, though, I'm still using el cheapo 20# white.

  4. Yeah, I notice how smooth it was when I signed my name with fountain pen. Very nice stuff!

    You are right, its not too bad. The last two reams of paper I have bought for my typewriter have been $7 or $8 more.

  5. I haven't actually every tried typing on the stuff...but as Mike says, it's mahvelous for fountain pens. Smooth as silk, and really makes the ink color shine. And while it's pricey compared to regular copy paper, it's way cheap compared to things like Clairfontaine stationery.
