That's right, Ted. I always tell myself (and my wife, friends, et cetera) that I'm doing myself a future favor in picking up YET ANOTHER typewriter. "It's an investment, really..."
Deek - Journaling gives me a ton of satisfaction. I like recording our family adventures, thoughts, crummy poems, and whatever else. Writing in that daily really helps me mentally.
Thanks for this post, certainly can relate. I have not been into a regular TV habit for years now; I usually just catch up on iTunes and YouTube now and then.
I've always been interested in manual typewriters; after years of postponement, I finally snatched an Olivetti-Underwood Studio 44. I get a thrill using it, I hope to type more often.
