Pick out a medal for yourself. It takes a reckless bravery to go out into the field like that and spread the word. I find people either "get it" straight away or can't ever get over the first hurdle: "why?"
StrangelyI was able to "preach the typewritten gospel" yesterday! A coworker asked me about the "QWERTY" setup and I was able to talk about typewriters and the various keyboard layouts that they had in the past. I even got to teach about index machines!! Somehow that seemed to impress my bosses. Who knows...a typewriter discussion leading to a promotion?? (Well, one can dream....)
Preach that retromechanical gospel, brother!
ReplyDeleteNow all you have to do is get Counterstrike to run on a Royal 10...
