  1. I've seen pictures of Olivers online (as well as an actual model in a museum) and I've always wondered how they typed. I think it's really cool that you're typecasting on one! The font seems slightly different than the usual pica, too, although that was more apparent in the previous post than this one.

  3. Ah, that explains it. I wonder if the Oliver in action looks like it's flying, what with the wing-shaped type bars and all. It's really great that it's so old and yet mostly usable, unlike all those upstrikes and blindwriters which seem like they'd be a pain to get the hang of.

  4. I still want to post a video. This week has been brutal at work and I've been working more exercise into my daily routine. My writing and typewriter activities have taken a hit, but I'm optimistic I'll get some stuff down this weekend...
